Plucking the String

Date: September 5, 2005
Genre: weird... metal..?

...Alright, well.  I've always refused to believe that children were innocent.  They're godawful little monsters; adults in the making.  They might be "innocent" in some ways, but in the ways it seems American culture wants to hold them?  Hell no.
That said, this is more of a Lolita situation... which is obviously different in a lot of ways.  Some chicks are evil early, okay?  Let's not pretend man-eaters don't exist even in the young sometimes.  Bitches. *grin*
As for the music... it turned out pretty good.  Of course, I could punch someone because of how the vocals turned out.  It sounded so good on the recorder. *sigh*  I also tried numerous times to get any kind of better "drum" sound on that recorder... and it's just not happening.  So just be glad there's rhythm at all for now.

Lyrics

She's only 14 on the outside
Some will never really know
She's got some varied tastes on the inside
And if you want to let it go...

And you'll
Never know
Unless you get caught
In her eyes

You'll
Never know
Before it's too late

You'll
Never know
She's weaving her spell again

You'll
Never want to walk away

She's always 14 on the outside
Playing those games with her "special friends"
What you may notice from the great divide
All of her playmates are men

And you'll
Never know
Until you get caught
In her eyes

You'll
Never know
Before it's too late

You'll
Never realize
She's weaving her spell again

You'll
Never want to walk away

(You'll never be the same
You'll never think the same
You'll never dress the same
You'll never be the same)

She's only 14 on the outside
Some will never really know
She's got some varied tastes on the inside
And if she wants to let them go...

And you'll
Never know
Until you get caught
In her eyes

You'll
Never know
Before it's too late

You'll
Never know
She's weaving her spell again

You'll
Never be the same

You'll
Never know
Unless you got caught
In her eyes

You'll
Never know
Before it's too late

You'll
Never know
She's weaving her spell again

And you'll
Never want to walk away

Filthy innocence...
