Genre:
rather punk-ish
Also
Known As: "I am a Rock Star", or, "Ever
Wonder about the Difference Between Me and a 'Rock Star'?".
My ode to real punk... in a really twisted sort of way.
While it (obviously) lacks the political message, it definitely
captures
the humor... and I figured if they can play like that shit-faced drunk,
I can do it stone sober. Which is truly the sad part.
There were only two guitar parts in there. That ought to tell you
something... Point being, the basic guitar is something I've
played for a long time, sped up to the point where I found it hard to
keep going, and added onto just slightly so there was actually a reason
to have two guitar tracks.
And no, I'm not referring to anyone in particular in the song, just
various groups of people. If you're looking for someone to blame
(and who isn't), let's just say he's another rock star prone to take
over the world that I get a lot of necessary encouragement from, and
can
only hope to return the favor... and hopefully we will never be
enemies,
'cause it'd be all big-battle anime style blood and guts and sharp
things and bullets and guitars flying and the vvroom vroom and
the whrrrr and the BOOM! and damn.
I am so still on the high of recording this while I
write.
Dude.
