blame this entirely on... somebody else.
Alright, I guess it's my fault. I took one of those stupid purity
quizzes, and the results prompted me to comment, "I'm a lustful
heretic!" My Live
Journal friends certainly didn't help matters, giving me
encouragement and all.
I made one very crappy sounding recording of this basic concept in May
of 2003 and presented it to people, who seemed to have liked it.
This version finds it discovered by a very glorious and talented
musician Jason May, who helped me to complete the guitar portion.
So I may have come up with the basics, but he perfected them.
As for the voice... apologies in advance. This was recorded after
a week's worth of coughing, and you can definitely hear it. My
voice is not capable of tone after a big cough-week, apparently.
But that's okay, it sounds more punk this way. I'm still proud,
dammit.
Ramones, eat your hearts out. Uh... the living members, anyway.
