Raimi - Children of War
He's
been called the ringleader; not that he minds the title
or what it implies, but it does get awfully tiring to be the one
attacked first. He hardly shows his age, being second youngest of the
group... but that probably comes from an awful lot of traveling and
loss. He knows he's lucky to have lost only one toe to certain
disasters, as it could have been a lot worse. His parents, he never
knew, but the kindly old spinster that took him in was lost to him on
the same day his toe was... not that he'll talk about it. He's got
heart, though... a hidden, bright, hopeful heart that he guards like
treasure. It lets him fight, keeps him holding on. And, secretly...
he's
really come to appreciate the new family he's acquired.
He's part of the Children of War
ensemble, a set of four figures I decided I wanted to create more or
less together. Rami came first, and it fits his personality.
A simple color scheme, yes... but
I enjoyed it. He's also got these killer gold highlights that sort of
came through the picture, so I can't complain too much. As long as you
see his spots and his eyeliner! Heh.
