Spirit Prototype

        I wanted to try something rough and simple and generally thrown together in a moment of inspiration.  So the moment became three days, but that's a record for getting something done for me!
        I'm quite happy with this.  It's nondescript at yet expressive; wings made of paper wrapped around a wire frame, the body is the same clay I use for the dragons, wrapped up in regular old colored copper wire and some old glass beads I've had around for years.  It just worked and now I want to make more.
        I can't come up with a better word for these creatures than Spirits, really.  It... feels right.
